Louis Vuitton teamed up with 10 Magazine for this glamorous/silly Fall 2011 editorial. Artist Barry Reigate is responsible for the  pop-art clown overlays. This fantastic spread was shot by Christian Anwander, styled by Sophia Neophitou, and modeled by Marike Le Roux.

Design | Patricia van der Vliet by Richard Burbridge for Harper’s Bazaar US

The April 2011 issue of Harper’s Bazaar US pays tribute to the graphic trend by highlighting striped designs from the likes of Prada, Max Mara, Marc by Marc Jacobs and others. Starring Patricia van der Vliet lensed by Richard Burbridge, fashion editor Clare Richardson pairs color with prints for a high octane shoot.

Design | cla-se: Sita Murt

The obsession with all things Spain is still going strong! I found this project by Barcelona based design studio cla-se on Design Work Life and was instantly sucked in. Hot pink hand written type... I love it! It's bright, bold, and modern.

The first Sita Murt popup store opened in Sitges for three months last summer. The aim was to create an identity that combined the concept of a popup store with Sita Murt’s corporate identity. The project shunned the standard graphics of the world of franchises and instead painted directly onto the walls using a hand-painted typeface in fluorescent ink. Hand-painted sketchbooks with sketches and different messages were also added.

Design | Beyonce: Who Run The World (Girls)

I see the beauty in all forms of design, including fashion, which is why I just couldn't resist doing this post! Beyonce - pop/r&b goddess - teamed up with none other then my personal favorite music video director Francis Lawrence for her new female empowered video for "Who Run The World (Girls)".
